Laser & Optics Lab (LO Lab) is a multidisciplinary research laboratory with the main focus on Laser Material Processing and Optical-based Measurements. Different processes have been investigated including Laser Cutting, Laser Engraving, Laser Shock Peening, Laser Cladding, and Medical Laser. In addition, Fiber Optic Sensors and Laser Scanners are other fields of research in this lab. LO Lab welcomes collaboration with national and international research groups. 

ME Department of Isfahan University of Technology is a pioneer in the country in development of Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies. Since 2012, AM lab has been established at IUT and number of research projects have been done. AM lab website can be reached through this link.
